  2. PassPass was positioned as BIRDI Golf's Perk Program - with special deals for Perks members


  3. Promoted new perks program across social media, in-store, email database and BIRDI website


  4. BIRDI adjusted pricing to reflect standard pricing and member pricing


  5. At the front desk check-in, BIRDI created signage and training that made it so guests feel the registration is part of the flow of the check-in process

  7. BIRDI trained staff, management, set goals for 85% of players to signup and reports on performance on a weekly basis
