As the founder of ClearPath Solutions, a nationally recognized executive search firm specializing in building C-suite and senior leadership teams for growth brands, Helen has been instrumental in shaping the leadership landscape for some of the industry’s most innovative and fast-growing companies. Her expertise spans both emerging growth brands and established blue-chip companies, helping them scale strategically and build high-performing executive teams.
Since founding ClearPath in 2010, Helen has built a reputation for integrity, precision, and long-term partnership. Her firm partners with leading private equity firms and visionary founders to identify and place transformative leaders who drive scale and sustainable success.
